High Liner Reports Increased 2nd Qtr Earnings on Flat Sales

High Liner Foods reported their 2nd quarter earnings today. 2nd quarter sales were flat, decreasing 0.7% to $224.7 million, vs. $226.3 million one year ago.
Earnings, however, improved 39.4% to $5.0 million. High Liner now reports its sales and earnings in US dollars.
The company's stock was over $21 CAD on the Toronto exchange, recovering to near its all time highs in 2014.
