A second Bumble Bee sales executive has pleaded guilty for participating in a scheme to fix prices of canned tuna in the US market.
Kenneth Worsham, a senior vice president of trade marketing for Bumble Bee entered a guilty in federal court this week for his role in conspiring to fix the prices of packaged seafood between 2011 and 2013.
According to the charge, Worsham and his co-conspirators discussed the prices of packaged seafood sold in the United States and agreed to fix the prices of those products...
