Westward Seafoods Settles with EPA Over Clean Air Act Violations

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Department of Justice (DOJ) today announced a settlement with Westward Seafoods to resolve alleged Clean Air Act violations at its Captain’s Bay seafood processing plant in Dutch Harbor, Alaska.
