Russian Crab Quota Auction Challenged Over Corruption After Primorye Producers Secure Few Pounds

Dmitry Dremlyga, a well-known Russian fishing tycoon and a former owner of Dalmoreproduct, one of Russia’s largest fish producers, will challenge the results of the recent auctions for the sale of crab quotas in Russia, due to numerous violations, that were conducted during their organization.
To date, the businessman has already sent a claim to the Moscow Arbitration Court against Rosrybolovstvo with a demand to cancel the results of the auction.
Details of the claim, that will be considered during the next several weeks, are currently not disclosed.
