OLYMPIA – Latest reports are that a budget deal has been reached in Olympia, and Washington will have a budget that averts a shut down. However, no details have been released by the legislative parties, and agencies are still being advised to prepare for a possible shutdown.The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife will be required to close or delay the opening of some sport and commercial fishing seasons throughout the state if lawmakers are unable to enact a state budget before July 1.
