'TAKE YOUR TIME AND BE SAFE'; Lobster Mini-Season Comes with Concerns

State wildlife officers and conservationists are calling on the 50,000-plus extra people who will converge on the Florida Keys on Wednesday and Thursday to participate in the spiny lobster sport season to exercise restraint during the two-day event.
Such restraint will protect divers from being killed or injured, which has occurred in the past in the Keys, and protect Florida Keys reef from being abused on July 26-27, they said.
