Immigrant seafood processing plant employees in Massachusetts rallied at the Bristol County Superior Court on Tuesday to protest unlawful treatment by Employment on Demand Agency Inc (EDA). The workers accused the temp agency of not following the Massachusetts Temporary Workers Right to Know Law, as well as violating the Wage Act.
