Cargill — a global corporate feed company that produces feed for salmon, tilapia, shrimp and more — has conducted a survey with 1,000 U.S. residents to find out what they care about when it comes to seafood. The poll results revealed that “seafood is in higher demand than ever before” and that a majority of consumers are willing to pay more for sustainable and responsibly sourced seafood.
