Total FDA Refusals Up Almost 28% in February 2018

Total refusals of shipments spiked almost 28% from February 2017 to February 2018. That's a big jump from January 2018, which saw a 20% drop in refusals compared to 2017.
Mahi Mahi had the biggest year-to-date increase in February, with 53 line item refusals compared to 19 a year ago. That’s a nearly 179% increase. Tuna refusals also spiked, with 53 line item refusals in February 2018 compared to 22 in February 2017 ...
