Australia's NorWest Seafoods expects Shark Bay's 2014 scallop fishery to be a bust

NorWest chairman Kel Brown has ten boats due to return with the moon break early next week.
He has his fingers crossed for a good season, but rising operation costs and a third consecutive year without catching scallops are making things tough.
The lack of scallops is due to following a marine heatwave which also decimated crab numbers.
