When Cesin and Omar Curi wanted paiche fish from the Amazon River for Los Andes, their Peruvian restaurant in Providence, they called on Mark Pirri at Tony’s Seafood of Warren to deliver. The seafood consultant is third generation co-owner handling wholesale accounts. He made it his quest to find a supplier to bring the fish to Rhode Island.
When summer comes, home cooks will find their way to Tony’s Seafood retail store in Seekonk and buy about 100 pounds of swordfish a week
