Red Lobster losing out on Customer loyalty, according to customer engagement index

Forbes, Robert Passikoff details the latest results from Brand Keys Customer Loyalty Index for fast-casual and casual restaurants, and the results are not good for Red lobster.
Passikoff says all the advertising and promotion for seafood fests, endless fried shrimp, and two for one deals, has not been sufficient to change customer brand loyalty perceptions, which are a good indicator of future traffic and profits.
Consumers are looking for quality, freshness and healthy foods, says Passikoff, which are currently associated by consumers with brands like Panera, Chipolte and Au Bon Pain - the top three brands on the list...
