Dalian expands its massive cold storage capacity, aims to handle 1.05 million tons by next year

Dalian is stepping up its efforts building a cold chain logistic center. There will be another newly built cold storage warehouse with the capacity of 0.1 million tons in the free port of Dayao Bay after the completion of the second phase cold chain project of Yidu Jifa Cold Chain Logistics.
Dalian has spent great efforts on the development of its cold chain logistics for the past few years. To meet the demands of the core area’s restructuring and develop advanced cold chain logistics companies, Dalian brings innovation to the traditional warehousing industry and eliminates a bunch of warehousing companies with unsatisfying service and low added value.
During 2013, Yidu Jifa Cold Chain Logistics and Hengpu International Logistics have put into operation their cold storage warehouses each with the capacity of 0.1 millions tons, which have acquired the certification from the EU. And in the same year Dalian Taifu Food has built its public bonded warehouse with a total area of 3246 sq. meters, and the warehouse has been inspected and accepted by the local customs.
