Florida reviewer likes Bonefish Grill's new "Fall Crush" menu

Bonefish Grill changes and makes additions to its menus with the seasons, and its new "fall crush" menu is well conceived.
Its "fall crush" menu offers a "Vintner's Burger" ($14.30) of Kobe beef with blue cheese and red wine jam; Malbec-marinated steak and shrimp ($18.90); Atlantic salmon with bacon jam ($17.30) and sangria flatbread ($5).
Other items include a hickory-smoked salmon appetizer ($8.99), which is one of the better appetizers we've had in restaurants of BFG's type: a chunk of salmon perfectly smoked, topped with pickled onions and served with thin slices of brioche toast and a lovely lemon-caper sauce. You never think the appetizer will be the highlight of the meal, but this one was, amid a lot of other good food.
Swordfish and pumpkin ravioli ($19.40) also was a good choice.
