The man best known as the Crawfish King, Al Scramuzza, is at it again.
In the 1950s, he popularized eating mudbugs, another name for crawfish, and has boiled his first batch of them just as the new season begins. He invited us over and we asked him his prediction on what we can expect this crawfish season.
