NRA Finds Sustainability is Among Top 2015 Restaurant Trends Among Consumers and Chefs Alike

The National Restaurant Association's (NRA) second annual sustainability report found sustainability to be among the major trends that will influence dining choices among consumers in 2015.
According to the NRA nearly half of all US consumers would dine at establishments that offer sustainable or organic food. The report also found that half of millenials aged between 18 and 24-years-old want to go to restuarants that practice sustainability.
