Vietnamese Entrepreneur May Purchase Russian Fish Co., Distribution Arm of Rosskoye More

A Vietnamese business is trying to get an access to Russian Fish, the distribution company that is a subsidiary of Russkoye More. An acquisition of Russian Fish Company, one of Russia’s largest fish distributors, and part of the Russian Aquaculture, a former Russkoye More company would give Vietnam a foothold in Russian aquaculture development.
It is reported that Gleb Frank and Maxim Vorobiev, major shareholders of Russian Aquaculture, have already started negotiations with Nguyen Thi May, the owner and CEO of Hung Vuong Rus, a well-known Vietnamese fishing producer, who plans to expand in the Russian fishing industry with the purchase of one of its largest distributors.
