Quirch Expands Use of Trace Register Analytics from Seafood to Red Meat and Poultry Supply Chain

Quirch Foods will expand its use of the Trace Register's digital food traceability software from its seafood department to its entire line of frozen beef, poultry, pork and vegetable lines.
The expansion will see Quirch use Trace Register's Traceability Plus (TR+) analytics to track its supply chain.

Quirch operates five distribution facilities with a combined 700,000 square feet of refrigerated warehouse space. The company uses fleet of more than 120 refrigerated trucks to serive its customers U.S., Caribbean, and Latin American markets.
