Bottlefish is a new seafood restaurant concept founded by Rick Rosenfield and Larry Flax, two former attorneys who founded CPK in 1985 and built that brand to more than 260 units before they retired in 2011 after the chain was sold to private-equity firm Golden Gate Capital for $470 million.
