The Russian Federal Fishery Agency (Rosrybolovstvo) is on the verge of a new massive scandal, caused by the ongoing investigations, conducted by the Russian law enforcement agencies, related to facts of brokerage and corruption in Rosrybolovstvo, according to an official spokesman of the Russian Federal Security Service.
Several days ago the Moscow City Court had arrested Evgeniy Degtyarenko, Rosrybolovstvo’s private crisis consultant, on the suspicion of involvement in the organization's criminal schemes prior to the forthcoming auction for distribution of fishing quotas in Russia...
