A Hawaii fishing industry leader made three suggestions to the House Natural Resources Committee's Subcommittee on Water, Power and Oceans during a hearing last week on “Exploring the Successes and Challenges of the Magnuson-Stevens Act." The hearing was designed to continue discussions relevant to MSA reform and consider current draft legislation.
