Maryland Could Potentially Increase Imports of Egg-Bearing Female Crabs

In late September Maryland’s Department of Natural Resources’ Blue Crab Industry Advisory Committee voted to increase the period where seafood businesses would be able to import sponge crabs, also known as egg-bearing female crabs.
