Russia Plans to Make Kara Sea Center of Domestic Fish Production

Russia plans to make Kara Sea, a part of the Arctic Ocean, separated from the Barents Sea to the west by the Kara Strait and Novaya Zemlya, one of the centers of the domestic fish production, according to an official spokesman of Russian Federal Agency for Fisheries (Rosrybolovstvo).
