Alaska Pollock to be “Wildly” Available During Lent Promotion
This year’s six-week Lenten season will start off in the Pacific Northwest with the first-ever Wild Alaska Pollock Week on February 28 through March 8, 2020.
Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) has teamed with Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers (GAPP) and the Alaska seafood industry to present Wild Alaska Pollock at many of Seattle’s best restaurants.
