GAPP Awards Funding For Exciting New Wild Alaskan Pollock Products
The Association of Genuine Alaska Pollock Producers (GAPP) is at it again. On Thursday the organization announced that they have awarded nearly $750,000 in funding to seven organizations who are launching exciting new wild Alaskan Pollock products.
Requests for funding were submitted to GAPP and reviewed by the organization's Fillet and Surimi Committees, who made their recommendations to the full GAPP Board of Directors.
