U.S. Interior Department Proposes Second Offshore Wind Sale in Gulf of Mexico
The U.S. Department of Interior has announced its proposal this week for a second offshore wind sale in the Gulf of Mexico. The proposed auction includes four areas near Louisiana and Texas, totaling more than 410,000 acres — enough to power 1.2 million homes.
