Some Whole Foods stores selling Boulud's elegant booze infused smoked salmon
SEAFOODNEWS.COM [Herald News] - October 20, 2014 -
Celebrity chef Daniel Boulud has a new line of smoked salmon that's being sold at Whole Foods, including the locations in Paramus, Ridgewood, Edgewater and Montclair, New Jersey.
They're a good chance to liven up your brunch table, as all are cured with liquor: the "Highland" is made with single malt whiskey and cardamom seeds, the "Riviera" with Ricard, pink peppercorns, basil and fennel seeds, and our favorite, the "Baja," with tequila and cilantro (all $11.99).
The smoking is done by Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse in Wallkill, N.Y.
