Sea Delight, one of the major US importers of yellowfin tuna, mahi, and swordfish has been a very active supporter of fishery improvement projects in Vietnam, Indonesia, Mexico and Latin America.
They formed the Sea Delight Ocean Fund which is funded with a 1 cent contribution for every pound of seafood the company imports.

Guests savored an array of Sea Delight’s responsibly sourced seafood dishes created by South Florida’s all-star chefs and restaurants, including The Oceanaire Seafood Room, Piccolo Ristorante, Kitchen 305, Casablanca on the Bay, Poke King, The International Culinary School of The Fort Lauderdale Art Institute, The NY Smokehouse, and cooking demo by Emmy Award-winning Telemundo’s Un Nuevo Día Chef and co-host, James Tahhan.
Keeping the message and experience on point, Sea Delight Ocean Fund brought together leaders in marine and ocean preservation
