PORTSMOUTH, NH, Owen Tilley is, as he describes himself, “a classically trained chef.”
But you won’t find him in the kitchens of any of the Portsmouth restaurants or anywhere else in the Seacoast.
You’ll find him in the kitchen of High Liner Foods at Pease International Tradeport working with the rest of the technical services team to create new frozen seafood products for the company.
Such as the pulled barbecue salmon.
