Seafood pioneer and Rubicon Resources founder Brian Wynn has invested in frozen “food-tech” company Cadence Gourmet.
The Los Angeles based frozen food company was launched in 2004 by CEO David Wells, a former food executive. A fast casual restaurant chain approached Wells with their problem of food inconsistency across their restaurants.
