Australians Want Restaurants, Supermarkets to Remove Unsustainable Seafood Products
New research from the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) showed that over three quarters (78%) of Australian consumers want to see unsustainable seafood removed from menus and shelves to help make choosing sustainable products easier.
Seafood sustainability was a high priority for the consumers who took this survey as 88% said they wanted better information so that could ensure they are purchasing a sustainable product.
