Oceana Files Suit Against NMFS Over Pacific Sardine Rebuilding Plan
Less than a week after the National Marine Fisheries Service issued a final rule for the annual harvest specifications for Pacific sardine off the West Coast for the July 1, 2021, to June 20, 2022, fishing year, Oceana filed a new lawsuit against NMFS.
