Second Settlement Reached in Farmed Salmon Price-Fixing Class Action; Companies to Pay $33 Million
A group of Norwegian salmon farmers is set to pay up again as another settlement in the farmed salmon price-fixing class action litigation is pending court approval.
The latest settlement will see Mowi, Grieg Seafood, Lerøy Seafood, SalMar and Cermaq pay $33 million to indirect purchasers of farm-raised salmon (IPPs).
