Slapfish Partners with The Culinary Edge to Debut New Restaurant Concept

Seafood restaurant chain Slapfish, in partnership with foodservice brand solutions firm The Culinary Edge (TCE), will debut a new restaurant concept in the Salt Lake City market on January 30.
According to TCE, the new restaurant will “deliver on the whitespace for approachable and elevated seafood in the fast-casual space.” This comes via Slapfish’s offerings of “fearless flavors, fan-favorite forms, and responsibly sourced seafood that guests can't find anywhere else.”
