Norway Achieves MSC Certification For Barents Sea Snow Crab
On April 8, Norwegian Barents Sea snow crab became Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) Certified. Although the fishery will have to continue to undergo surveillance audits, the MSC Certification is good for a period of five years.
MSC Certification assessments look at stock health, environmental impacts and effective management.
