Commerce Makes Preliminary Determination in AD Investigation Into Shrimp From Ecuador, Indonesia
On Thursday the U.S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary determination in the antidumping duty (AD) investigation of frozen warmwater shrimp from Ecuador and Indonesia. The determination stems from a trade petition that was filed by the American Shrimp Processors Association (ASPA) in October 2024.
