A Market Survey Revealed 74% of Japanese Consumers Unaware of Seafood Sustainability Certifications
According to the Minato Shimbun report, Yano Research Institute revealed the results of a survey of domestic consumers on May 24. The survey concluded that awareness and purchase of sustainable seafood, such as certified marine products and land-based aquaculture, are still ongoing.
