Japan: May Surimi Imports Increase by 10.2% to 24,000 Tons
Japan’s Ministry of Finance recently announced that 24,032 tons of surimi were imported in May 2024, an increase of 10.2% from the previous year. Cumulative imports from January to May were 83,503 tons, an increase of 2.5% from the previous year.
