Nordic Aqua Partners Reports “Off-Flavor” In Salmon; Not Selling For Human Consumption
Land-based Atlantic salmon farming company, Nordic Aqua, revealed this week that, due to overloading of the purging unit at its farm in Ningbo, China, the company has detected high concentrations of the off-flavor compound geosmin.
