Japan: May Surimi Products Output Lags Again by 4.4% to 33,325 Tons
Japan’s Food Supply and Demand Research Center recently announced the production volume of surimi products in May 2024, which was 33,325 tons. This was a decrease of 4.4% from the previous year and marked the fifth consecutive month of decline since the beginning of this year.
