FFAW Continues To Butt Heads With Royal Greenland: “Enough Is Enough”
The Fish, Food and Allied Workers (FFAW) are demanding “consequences” for Royal Greenland.
FFAW has been fighting with Royal Greenland since the company took a controlling interest in St. Anthony’s Seafoods in September 2020. In the past, representatives from the union have expressed concerns over “excessive hours,” and a “general culture of intimidation and harassment.” On Friday, the union spoke out about how Royal Greenland has “continually refused to follow provincial regulations,” in addition to ignoring the collective bargaining process.
