JFOODO Launches Japanese Seafood Campaign in NYC Focusing on Buri and Scallops
The Japan Food Product Overseas Promotion Center (JFOODO) recently launched a new campaign to promote Japanese seafood in the U.S., called “It Starts with Japanese Seafood.”
The campaign, which goes from February 13 to March 6, invites customers at select New York City restaurants to experience a Japanese culinary experience with specific focus on staples like Japanese scallops and buri.
