Chilean salmon farmer Australis Seafoods has reorganized its senior leadership, moving CEO Andrés Lyon into a strategic role at parent company Food Investment SpA while installing farming manager Ignacio Bravo as general manager to run day-to-day operations, according to the company's own statement carried by Chilean trade outlets Aqua.cl and Infosalmon.cl.
