The Southern Oregon Coast is back in the crab business -- the whole-cook crab business, that is.
The Oregon Department of Agriculture and Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife announced Monday the second all-clear domoic acid test results from Cape Blanco to the Oregon/California border.
