Five years of planning and hard work and Pacific Seafood returns to Warrenton, Ore., with a brand new seafood processing facility on the banks of the Skipanon River.
Pacific Seafood CEO Frank Dulcich, along with state Sen. Betsy Johnson, D-Scappoose, and Warrenton Mayor Henry Balensifer, officially re-opened Pacific Seafood's new Warrenton plant during a ceremony celebrating the vibrant coastal fishing community Tuesday.
