Russia Prepares For Salmon Fishing Season This Year
The ongoing spread of COVID-19 in Russia may significantly complicate the salmon fishing season in the country, which just began at the beginning of June.
According to analysts of the Russian Fishnews paper, this year the volume of catch of Pacific salmon in Russia should reach 384,000 tonnes, a significant part of which, in contrast to some previous years, should be supplied to the domestic market.
