Renowned Regional Chefs Support #EatOregonSeafood Initiative
Oregon seafood is chef-approved: About two dozen of the region's top chefs are sharing their experiences for at-home seafood preparation as part of the #EatOregonSeafood initiative.
The Oregon Department of Agriculture, the Oregon seafood industry and Oregon Sea Grant asked the chefs to share recipes, photos, and videos on social media as a way to support fishing families and coastal communities affected by COVID-19.
