CDC Updates Guidelines For Protecting Seafood Processing Workers From COVID-19
In June the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), in consultation with the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), released interim guidelines to keep seafood workers and food safe during the coronavirus pandemic. Now, the CDC is updating those guidelines.
As of February 7 the website now has updated information about “required masks on public transportation conveyances and transportation hubs and encouraging workers to wear masks on shared privately owned transportation.”
