Norwegian Salmon Prices Up in April Behind Increased Demand, Less Access to Volume
The price of Norwegian seafood exports was up in April 2022 as the Norwegian Seafood Council cited rising global food prices, lower supply of popular species and the continued reopening of foodservice markets.
During April, the country exported NOK 11.3 billion ($1.2 billion) in April, a 33% jump compared to April of last year.
