National Fisheries Institute (NFI) President John Connelly has passed away after a battle with a rare and aggressive form of cancer, cholangiocarcinoma. He was 61-years-old.
Connelly has served as the President of NFI since 2003. In January 2022 he announced that he intended to retire in 2023.
